Perunding C&T Management (PCTM) will make full use of our extensive knowledge, experience and professional skills to provide cost  management services and project management services to ensure that our Clients’ projects will be on TIME and within the budgeted COST.  ‘C & T’, the acronym for ‘Cost & Time’, is being used to form part of the name of our Firm to reflect this Mission Statement.

We are committed to providing premier services with each project by having a partner specifically responsible for all professional services rendered, assisted by other professional and sub-professional acting under his direction.

The technical operation of the practice is constantly kept under review to incorporate the latest techniques of the construction industry.  Advanced and latest Q.S. software are used in the preparation of cost estimates & cost plans, the measurement work, tender documentation, calling of tender and cost analysis.

Our constant efforts to strive for excellence in our services culminated in the firm obtaining ISO 9001 : 2000 accreditation for the provision of Quantity Surveying and construction cost consultancy services for the construction industry on 10th June 2004.
