Insurance Valuation

All building owners are required to re-instate the insurance to their buildings for a sufficient value so that the re-construction of the building can be as new but the same standard, design, functionality and various areas usage as before in the event of damage or destruction from the specified risks or perils.

We provide assessments on such re-instatement cost for owners to purchase the appropriate insurance amount to cover their risks.

Capital Tax Allowance

Malaysia tax system allows for tax write-offs for certain types of capital expenditure for a building. The computation of such capital expenditure is to be executed by a qualified quantity surveyor.

Therefore, we can assist the developers and accountants in the identification and computation of such expenditure un order to maximize the tax write-offs.

Facilitator for GBI

The Green Building Index (GBI) is an environment rating system for evaluating the environmental design and performance of Malaysian buildings based on six (6) main criterion, namely, Energy Efficiency, Indoor Environment Quality, Sustainable Site Planning & Management, Materials & Resources, Water Efficiency and Innovation.

We can provide the value added service to facilitate our client in achieving the desired GBI rating which has the following classification in the descending order :

2. Gold
3. Silver
4. Certified
